The State CET Cell Maharashtra has extended the MH CET 5-year LLB 2026 application submission date to February 14, 2026. Eligible candidates can apply for the MH CET 5-year LLB 2026 examination in online mode on the admission portal. Earlier, it published the MH CET 5-year LLB notification 2026 on November 21, 2025 at its official website - cetcell.mahacet.org. The MH CET 5-year law exam is scheduled to be held on May 8, 2026. The MH CET 5-year LLB 2026 registrations started on January 9, 2026.
The MH CET 5-year LLB 2026 syllabus will have sections on legal aptitude and legal reasoning, GK and current affairs, logical and analytical reasoning, English, and basic mathematics. Through the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Law, candidates will gain admission into the 5-year LLB and 3-year LLB programmes of participating CET colleges in Maharashtra.

The CET Cell Maharashtra will issue the MH CET 5-year LLB admit card 2026 in online mode, tentatively one week before the exam date on its official website. Students can download the MH CET 5-year LLB admit card 2026 through the candidate login portal of MH CET. The MH CET Law admit card is a mandatory document which must be carried to the exam hall.
The State CET Cell Maharashtra will release the MH CET Law answer key 2026 for 5-year LLB on its official website. After releasing the MH CET LLB provisional answer key, the authorities will open an objection window to allow candidates to raise their objections. Candidates will be required to pay an objection fee of Rs 1000 per objection. After considering the valid objections, the authorities will publish the MH CET 5-year LLB 2026 final answer key.

The CET Cell will notify the MH CET Law counselling schedule on its official counselling portal for the 5-year LLB. The registrations for counselling will open around three weeks after the result date. The Cell will conduct the MH CET Law 2026 counselling through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP). Candidates with a non-zero valid score will be able to perform LLB CAP 2026 registration and obtain seat allotment.
Candidates have to register and fill in the LLB CET college choices through their login. Candidates must provide their college preference during the web option window, and the institute will allot the colleges as per the candidate’s rank and college preference.
The authorities will publish the MHT CET 5-year LLB 2026 cutoff for each round of counselling. There will be a total of three rounds of counselling for MH CET Law. Students who meet the cut-off will be considered for admission. The MH CET LLB cutoff is the minimum mark candidates need to score to be eligible for admission in a particular participating institute.
