The Bar Council of India (BCI) conducted the AIBE 19 exam on December 22, 2024. The expected release date for AIBE 2024 provisional answer key is anytime soon. The BCI will release AIBE 19 Answer Key 2024 in two phases: AIBE 19 provisional answer Key 2024 and AIBE 19 final answer key 2024. Candidates who appeared for the AIBE 19 exam can access the AIBE 19 provisional answer key and response sheet on the official website- allindiabarexamination.com. To download the AIBE 19 provisional answer key 2024, candidates will have to log in using the credentials. The AIBE 19 provisional answer key will provide the correct responses to all questions asked in the exam enabling candidates to calculate their probable scores.

Candidates will be given a chance to review the answers and raise objections if there are discrepancies. After that, Bar Council of India will release the final answer key and then the results will be declared. Candidates can file AIBE 19 provisional answer key objections through their AIBE registration portals. Officials will not charge any objection fee from the students. After evaluating valid objections, BCI will declare the AIBE XIX (19) final answer key 2024. The AIBE 19 results will be declared based on the final answer key.

AIBE 19 Exam Pattern and Marking Scheme

AIBE 19 consisted of 100 MCQs to be answered in 3 hours and 30 minutes. The AIBE 19 marking scheme had one mark for each correct answer with no marks deducted for incorrect responses.

Candidates need to secure the following minimum marks to pass the AIBE 19 exam 2024:

  • General and OBC categories: 45%

  • SC, ST, and PwD candidates: 40%

The All India Bar Examination is no longer conducted in open-book mode. However, candidates can carry the bare acts without notes to their exam hall. The questions in the AIBE exam are framed to test candidates’ analytical abilities and understanding of basic knowledge of law. The AIBE exam process starts with issue of exam notification by the Bar Council of India and ends with issue of CoP to candidates. The candidates who clear the AIBE are awarded a Certificate of Practice (CoP) which is a mandatory document to practise law in India.

The BPP is typically required for those who do not have a formal educational qualification equivalent to 10+2.it has nothing to do with aibe exam because it conducted to assess basic level knowledge of law degree student and lay down minimum benchmark for entering into practice of law in addition to assessing candidate's analytical skills.

To take AIBE EXAM you need to do bachelor's degree in law either of five or three years course from a recognised university.if you done your graduation you can take admission in three years law course through direct entry or by giving law entrance exam like CLAT CUET ailet etc.
