About IILET 2019

The Indore Institute of Law (IIL) conducts the IIL Entrance Test (IILET) for admission to BA LLB and BBA LLB. IILET 2019 was a pen and paper test which was conducted on June 5. The paper consisted of 200 MCQs on 5 major topics- English, general knowledge and current affairs, elementary mathematics, legal aptitude and logical reasoning. Candidates must score at least 45% (40% for reserved categories) in 10+2 level to be eligible for IILET 2019. The IILET 2019 application form was accepted from eligible candidates from January 15-April 30 in both online and offline modes. The application fee was Rs. 1000. IIL released the admit card on May 30, 2019. After IILET 2019 result declaration on June 12, the admission process will commence on June 14. Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in IILET 2019 (70% seats), CLAT/ LSAT (20% seats) and merit (10% seats).

IILET 2019 Eligibility Criteria

The IILET 2019 eligibility criteria include the minimum requirement in age/ marks/ educational qualification, etc. for candidates to apply for the exam:

  • Educational Qualification- Candidates must have passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination. Those appearing for the qualifying exam/ awaiting their result are also eligible for IILET 2019. Such candidates, if selected, should produce evidence of their passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission.
  • Minimum Marks- Candidates belonging to General/ OBC/ PWD/ NRI/ PIO/ OCI categories must have scored at least 45% overall and SC/ ST categories should have scored 40% or more.
  • Age Bar- There is no age limit for candidates to apply for IILET 2019 (D.A.V.V University and Bar Council of India norms).

Mode of Application : Offline and Online

The IILET 2019 application form could be filled and submitted via online as well as offline modes. Candidates were advised to read the IILET eligibility criteria 2019 to know whether they were eligible to apply for IILET. Candidates were required to provide their basic details, academic information, contact, and address, etc. while filling the IILET application form 2019. The concluding step of the application procedure was the payment of application fee of Rs. 1000.

IILET 2019 Admit Card

IIL released the IILET 2019 admit card on May 30. Candidates who had applied and paid the fee successfully could download the admit card. Each candidate's IILET admit card 2019 contains his/ her details along with the exam centre location. It was mandatory for candidates to carry the IILET 2019 admit card to the exam centre as it was an important verification document.
