The exam was rather simple. The analysis focused more on fundamental legislation and major decisions that made an impact. AIBE-17 was more concerned with restrictions and appropriate ranges. The test would be simple for those who had studied completely and theoretically for five years in Law School. No, a person cannot practice law in India without passing the All-India Bar Examination (AIBE). After completing an LLB degree from a recognized university, a law graduate must enroll with a State Bar Council and must clear the AIBE exam conducted by the Bar Council of India. Only after passing the exam, the advocate receives a Certificate of Practice , which allows him or her to practice law in any court in India.
So, without clearing AIBE, one cannot legally appear or argue in court.
