Unique Strengths of CU’s School of Legal Studies

  • Students in CU’s Law programs use AI and digital technologies to build the skills they will need as future lawyers. Topics in the curriculum include Criminal Laws, Civil Laws, IT Laws, and E-Commerce Laws. Various AI tools, such as LexisNexis, Evernote, and AI Lawyer, will also be utilised.

  • Skilled Professors- Study under professionals who have years of experience, education, and professional training. Those with over 12 years of experience and a Ph.D will support students by sharing the finer details needed to help clients in court.

  • Practical knowledge is assured at CU-UP through placements in different programs, internships, and moot courts. Part of the academic program is to help students prepare for the judiciary test.

  • Learning from different subjects, you can become familiar with the legal requirements of major businesses and government bodies because of the design of the BBA-LLB course.

Programs Offered

1. Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)

A carefully created program teaching basic legal rules, supported by technology for improved legal practice skills today.

2. B.A. LL.B. (Hons) Integrated

An interdisciplinary course combining arts and law, designed to develop critical thinking, communication, and analytical skills essential for legal professionals, with a pinch of tech-infused curriculum for the best skills development.

3. BBA. LL.B. (Hons) Integrated

This program integrates business administration and legal studies, helping students learn how to deal with cases that large companies and government departments have to face.

Admissions Process

  • Step 1- Register at CUCET.
    Make an account at the CUCET registration page by filling in your basic information.

  • After registration and make the necessary payments.
    You must pay Rs. 1,000, permitting access to the digital version of the prospectus.

  • Add your academic credentials.
    Include your school name and what subjects you took during your current qualification.

  • Pick your preferred test dates and attend the CUCET test.
    Choose a convenient date for the CUCET test and use your registered login information to log in.

  • Applying for scholarships.
    Once you pass the CUCET test, fill in the application and get a scholarship based on your mark in the exam.
