KSLU eligibility criteria 2020 for BA LLB/ BBA LLB/B.Com LLB program

  1. Qualifying exam: The candidate needs to have passed 10+2 (PUC or an equivalent exam)

  2. Minimum marks in qualifying exam: General category candidates need to score minimum 45% marks (44.5% and above will be treated as 45%). OBC candidates need 42% (41.5% and above will be treated as 42%) and ST/SC applicants need 40% marks (39.5% and above will be treated as 40%).

  3. Age criteria: The candidate needs to be minimum 20 years as on April 25, 2020. 2 years relaxation in upper age limit is applicable in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates.

  4. Eligibility certificate: Applicants who have passed qualifying from outside Karnataka or from a foreign country, they need to mandatorily obtain Eligibility Certificate before taking admission.

  5. Such candidates who have passed the 10+2 exam under CBSE, New Delhi, aren’t required to obtain the eligibility certificate for admission to 5-year integrated law courses.

  1. Qualifying exam: The candidate needs to have passed graduation exam in any discipline

  2. Minimum marks in qualifying exam: General category candidates need to score minimum 45% marks (44.5% and above will be treated as 45%). OBC candidates need 42% (41.5% and above will be treated as 42%) and ST/SC applicants need 40% marks (39.5% and above will be treated as 40%).

How to obtain Eligibility Certificate

  1. The candidate can apply for the certificate to the office of KSLU, Hubballi, through post or person in the prescribed format by paying the applicable fee. The application must be accompanied by attested documents of 10th, 12th, or Degree, as may be applicable and transcripts issued by the relevant department or university.

  2. The Eligibility Certificate will be issued by KSLU Academic section, Hubballi.

  3. The qualifying degree certificates should be in Kannada or English only.

  4. Original documents countersigned will also have to be produced for the certification.

KSLU 2020 Application form

Admission officials will release the application form of KSLU 2020 tentatively in the last week of April.
