On December 10, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Bar Council of India (BCI) administered the AIBE 18 Exam using pen and paper. AIBE is a national-level exam administered by the Bar Council of India. Also known as BCI. It evaluates law graduates' legal knowledge and abilities before allowing them to practise law in India. All Law graduates must pass the AIBE test in order to get a certificate of practice or COP. It is a license exam.

The examination was on the side of being easy. The examination was more focused on the laws which are basic and the landmark judgments that have created the difference. AIBE 2018 was more concerned with the limitations and the ranges accordingly. The exam would be easy for those persons, who have studied thoroughly and conceptually for five years of the Law School. The exam was more concerned with the constitution, criminal law, civil procedure code, and law contracts. The direct questions were mainly based on numbers sections and terminologies.
