Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar (GNDU) has released the GNDU 5-year LLB round 1 final merit list 2026 on July 24, 2026. The direct link to download the merit list is given below. Shortlisted candidates must submit their college preferences, not more than 10 options, before July 28, 2026. The university will release the GNDU 5-year LLB seat allocation results on July 29, 2026. The final merit list is released after considering the valid objections raised against the provisional merit list. The university released the GNDU 5-year LLB 2026 provisional merit list on July 21, 2026. Candidates raised objections from July 22, 2026, till July 23, 2026. The university conducts the Punjab Law Admission 2026 through state-level counselling.
The Punjab Law Admission 2026 counselling will be conducted in three rounds. The university releases the Punjab Law Admission 2026 merit list before each round of counselling. The university does not require any law entrance exam for admission to its 3-year and 5-year LLB courses. Candidates are offered admission based on the merit of the qualifying exam. A total of 41 colleges are participating in the Punjab Law Admission 2026 process. 85% of the seats are reserved for candidates from the state of Punjab, while 15% of the seats are reserved for candidates from other states.

GNDU has started the law counselling process for the 5-year LLB for the academic year 2026-27. The university has released the first final merit list mentioning the candidates selected for the counselling rounds. There will be a total of three Punjab Law Admissions merit lists released. Candidates can access the list of selected candidates from the official website. Shortlisted candidates will be required to pay the admission fee and report to the respective colleges.
Candidates must only download the merit lists released by the official websites. They can also download the Punjab Law Admissions 2026 merit lists from the links that will be provided in this article.
