Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU), Amritsar, has declared the GNDU 5-year LLB 2026 seat allotment result on August 13, 2026. Candidates who have been allotted a seat must report to the concerned college between August 14, 2026 and August 17, 2026. The university published the GNDU 5-year LLB round 2 final merit list on August 10, 2026. The university will release the GNDU 5-year round 3 provisional merit list 2026 on August 21, 2026. Earlier, the GNDU 5-year LLB round 1 seat allotment result was released on July 29, 2026. Guru Nanak Dev University conducts the Punjab Law Admission 2026 through the state-level counselling process.

The Punjab Law Admission 2026 counselling will be conducted in three rounds. The university releases the Punjab Law Admission 2026 merit list before each round of counselling. The university does not require any law entrance exam for admission to its 3-year and 5-year LLB courses. Candidates are offered admission based on the merit of the qualifying exam. A total of 35 colleges are participating in the Punjab Law Admission 2026 process. 85% of the seats are reserved for candidates from the state of Punjab, while 15% of the seats are reserved for candidates from other states.

Guru Nanak Dev University is conducting the second round of merit list publication and will release the Punjab Law Admission 2026 round 2 seat allotment result for the 5-year LLB programme. Candidates allotted a seat can download the allotment result from the official website and report to their allotted colleges to complete the admission process. The university will conduct a total of three counselling rounds, with fresh merit lists and seat allotment results being released before each round.
