Tamil Nadu National Law School does not offer three year LLB Programme, since you have already completed graudation, I think you're asking for three year programme only which it does not offer.
However, it does offer five year integrated programme such as BA-LLB, BCom-LLB.

First of all congrats forr securing good rank in NLU 2019 . As per my knowledge students below 1k ranks are eligible for almost all top NLU (it will be little tough if you are from general category) . So you have very high chance of securing good course in 2nd round of counselling else last round counselling is all yours :)
I am assuming you a general candidate (for reserved category it will be much easier) As per previous year cutoff and trends you will definitely get assured seat in tier 2 NLUs Though it will tough for getting seat in top ones still you have hope and you have to wait till last round for getting top colleges .
