Candidates who wish to take admission at Amity Law School, Noida campus should have passed class 10+2 with a minimum of 60% for non-sponsored and 55% for sponsored category. However, this criteria does not apply to other Amity University campuses. The eligibility criteria for admission at other campuses require students to pass class 10+2 with 45% - 50% for the general category and 40% -45% (SC/ST category).

Eligible candidates then need to write the CLAT exam and the shortlisted candidates based on merit are selected for Personal Interview (PI) or Group Discussions (GD). After completion of all these processes, selected candidates have to go through a document verification process.
