    The CLAT PG hearing is scheduled to be conducted on May 26, 2025. The hearing will be presided over by a division bench of Chief Justice DK Upadhyaya and Justice Tushar Rao Gedela. There are three petitions pending which pertain to alleged mistakes in the CLAT PG 2025 answer key and high cost of raising objections. The candidates want the consortium to revise the CLAT PG result 2025. It remains to be seen whether the Delhi HC will revise the CLAT PG 2025 results after ordering revisions in the CLAT UG answer key in its judgement delivered on April 23.     Earlier, the Consortium declared the CLAT UG revised result on May 17, 2025 and restarted the CLAT 2025 counselling process. The first CLAT 2025 merit list will be published on May 26, the same day as the CLAT PG Delhi HC hearing.

    What are the CLAT PG Cases About?

    The petitions in the CLAT PG Delhi High Court hearing pertain to mistakes in the CLAT PG answer key released by the Consortium of NLUs on December 7. Consequently, they want the CLAT PG result also to be revised. The petitioners also challenge the high cost of raising objections against the answer key.

    The petitions have been transferred from various High Courts across the country to the Delhi HC following an earlier Supreme Court order. While Ayush Agrawal’s case was transferred from the Madhya Pradesh HC, Anam Khan’s case was transferred from the Bombay HC.

    The CLAT PG Delhi HC hearing has already been postponed two times before. Given below are the past hearing dates.

    WIll CLAT PG Result Be Revised?

    It remains to be seen what will be the outcome of the CLAT PG HC hearing.The Consortium of NLUs has drawn a lot of flak from the students as well as the courts for several mistakes and lapses in the preparation of the CLAT 2025 question paper. The SC lashed out at the Consortium for its casual and callous approach in conducting the Common Law Admission Test. Answers to a total of 5 questions were changed in the CLAT 2025 answer key. It also remains to be seen whether PG candidates will approach the Supreme Court against any decision taken by the Delhi HC on May 26.
