How to Enroll with State Bar Councils for AIBE 2021: Any candidate who has completed their law graduation (3-year or 5-year integrated LLB programme) from academic year 2009-10 onward need to qualify the AIBE certification exam in order to practice in a court of law in India. Now one requirement for appearing in the AIBE exam is that the candidate must be enrolled (or registered) as an advocate with a State Bar Council. As part of the state bar council enrollment process, the candidate has to go to their respective Bar Council website and get enrolled online; however, if online enrollment option isn’t available, the candidate has to visit the council premises in person, obtain the enrollment form upon payment of a fee, duly fill and submit it. In this article, we explain the state bar council registration or enrollment process in detail.
Question: Do I need to take the AIBE exam if I have passed my graduation exam before the academic session 2009-10?
Ans: If a candidate has passed the law degree prior to 2009-10, they aren’t required to take the AIBE exam.
Enrolment of advocates with State Bar Councils
Candidates who want to appear in the AIBE 2021 exam need to get enrolled as advocates with respective State Bar Councils.
As per Advocates Act, 1961, State Bar Councils have the powers to frame their own rules regarding enrolment of advocates
Certificate of Enrolment: Successful enrolled candidates are awarded Certificate of Enrolment.
Eligibility criteria for issuance of Enrollment Certificate
Nationality: The candidate must be an Indian citizen
Academic qualification: Must have passed a law degree (either 3-year LLB or 5-year LLB degree)
Age limit: There is no upper age limit for State Bar Council enrollment

How to get enrolled with state bar councils for appearing in AIBE 2021?
If the candidate is using online registration or registration process, then they have to get registered first:
Online registration (or sign up): In the registration form, enter your name, mobile number, email id, gender, date of birth, and security code displayed on screen. On successful sign up, a new advocate account will be created.
The candidate may also have to select and confirm a password for the account created on the state bar council website.
Login to access the enrollment form: On successful sign up, login details will be sent to the registered email id.
Fill the registration (or enrollment) form: The candidate has to next fill in personal, contact, and academic details. In addition, employment details also have to be furnished.
Upload of necessary documents: The candidate has to next upload photograph and signature, and other documents as per the format specified (refer to the table below to check tentative document checklist).

Caste certificate for SC/ ST candidates
GAP Affidavit, if applicable
If an applicant is involved in criminal cases, they have to furnish the details in Affidavit format.
If left service, acceptance of resignation letter from the department
If left business, original partnership deed/dissolution deed (as mentioned on Delhi Bar Council website)
3-4 colour photographs in Black coat, white shirt & Black tie
*Applicants having more than 5 years of educational gap in studies from SSC onwards to till date, may be required to upload GAP Affidavit.
Pay the state bar council enrolment fee: In the penultimate step, pay the enrollment fee.
Submit the form: Check that the application form is complete in all respects before submitting it.

I cleared AIBE - XIV , how can i get my certificate of practice (COP)
You need to login in AIBE-XIV with your credentials,there you will get your certificate of practice, although it takes some time to publish the certificate of practice after the results.but you can visit the official website and can login to check if your COP is now available to you or not.

hello sir. Aibe notification that only carry bare act allowed in exame hall but now they have removed it . so what should we do.But my opinion is shortnot,books & home metrial is too enough so what we can do now this condition.we have to follow old rules or new rules??
AiBE exam is All India Bar Examination for getting certificate of practice from the BCI means Bar Council of India. This exam is of 3 hours and consisting of 100 marks in total. A candidate has to secure at least 40% marks of the total marks to get as pass marks. This examination in is held in 11 languages and in 40 cities of India.
In the examination hall a candidate has to carry photo identity card in original and photocopy of it one copy.As it is a open book examination and held in pen& paper mode then the candidates can carry the required books in the examination hall.
After successfully pass in this examination means All India Bar Examination candidates are awarded with a 'Certificate of Practice 'which enables him to practice law in any of the cities in India.
Candidates are not allowed to carry mobile phones, watches, and jewelleries inside the the examination hall.

I have cleared AIBE 15 and have received COP...! Do I have to inform BAR Council; where I am enrolled...? BAR Council of Gujarat in my case.

As you have received your COP, hence your are eligible for practising law in any court of law in India.
