AILET Cut Off 2025 (Out): Category Wise Cut-off Marks

National Law University, Delhi, published the AILET 2025 cut-off for the fourth round of counselling on June 16, 2025 on its official website - nationalawuniversitydelhi.in. Candidates can check the AILET cut-off 2025 in the AILET merit list published before the start of each counselling round. Candidates included in the AILET merit list 2025 must confirm their seat and pay the university fees to obtain seat allotment before the prescribed deadline. The cut-off for AILET 2025 is the minimum threshold that candidates must clear to secure admission into BA LLB and LLM programmes at NLU Delhi. It will be expressed in terms of the rank and marks obtained in the All India Law Entrance Test by the last candidate admitted from a particular category. The counselling registration for AILET 2025 was earlier closed on December 22, 2024. NLU Delhi conducted AILET 2025 on December 8, 2024. What is a Good Score in AILET 2025? - Expected Cut-Off Marks
As per the previous year's AILET analysis, the exam was lengthy. A difficulty level in the exam will result in AILET cut-off going lower. As per the AILET marks vs rank analysis, a score of 75 to 80 marks will be a good score in AILET 2025. However, to improve the chances of securing admission to NLU Delhi, one must target a high score and try to achieve that.
With a score of 90, a candidate can expect to easily get admission into NLU Delhi. The AILET cut offs have hovered in the 80s as per the average cut off for previous years. A score of 70 may be enough for SC, ST, EWS and OBC categories. However, a general category candidate might not be able to clear the AILET cut off.
Considering that the cut-off has ranged between 71 to 100 in the last three years, students should try to achieve 100 marks to increase their chances of getting admission. The AILET category-wise expected cut-offs are as mentioned below.
AILET 2025 Invite List
NLU Delhi prepares a shortlist of invitees of candidates who are called for the AILET counselling process. The number of candidates invited for counselling is three times the number of seats. The university will notify the candidates on their registered email and through SMS. Candidates can also check the counselling invite through their login.

hey, Having a CLAT rank of 21,000 and an SC category rank of approximately 1,000, you may get a good chance by applying to NLUs in which SC category seats remain unfilled. At this rank extend, there are routinely open positions at state NLUs or more current NLUs with reserved seats SC candidates. Focus on appying to NLUs such as NLU Jodhpur, NLU Odisha or NLU Tamil Nadu, which occasionally have vacancies in saved categories. As well, monitor the CLAT guiding entry in terms of opening overhauls and participate in spot rounds properly.

For admission to its five-year BA LLB degree, Arham Law College in Pune does accept AILET results. But the college also takes into account other admission tests, such as MH CET Law and CLAT. Verify certain requirements (such as minimum scores and application procedures) directly through the college's official channels, as admissions procedures might differ.

Bennett University offers admission to its BA LLB (Hons) program primarily based on candidates' performance in national-level entrance exams such as CLAT and CUET, as well as academic performance in Class XII.
The All India Law Entrance Test is an entrance exam conducted by the National Law University, Delhi, specifically for admissions to its own programs. As such, Bennett University does not consider scores for admission to its BA LLB (Hons) program.

If you're looking for 5-year LLB colleges besides CLAT, AILET, Jindal, and Symbiosis, consider options like Government Law College, Amity Law School, Noida, ILS (Indian Law Society), Pune, ,VIT Chennai - Vellore Institute of Technology ,srm,and the School of Law and Legal Studies at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
Most of the top law colleges are accepting clat score only so you need to target PRIVATE LAW UNIVERSITIES and to look for affordable side you can go for state law colleges which is not good as national law university but they give you degree to practice as a lawyer in india.
