AILET 2026 Tie Breaker Rule
If two or more candidates obtain the same marks, the AILET 2026 rank of the candidates will be determined as per the following tie-breaker rule -
BA LLB
Candidates with more marks in the logical reasoning section will be ranked higher.
If the tie persists, the candidate senior in terms of age will be assigned a higher rank.
If the tie remains unresolved, then computerised lots will be drawn to determine the rank
LLM
- Preference will be given to the candidate senior in age.
- If the tie persists, the merit rank will be decided by a computerised draw of lots.
