National Law University (NLU) Delhi has released the provisional AILET 2026 answer key on December 14, 2025 at 8:00 after the AILET exam was conducted on the same day from 2 PM to 4 PM. With that, NLU Delhi has also opened the objection window for candidates who want to raise any concerns. The last date to raise objections against the provisional AILET 2026 answer key is December 16, 2025 (12 PM). NLU Delhi will release the AILET 2026 final answer key after considering all the objections. The AILET result 2026 will be prepared based on the final answer key. Once the answer key is released, candidates can calculate the expected score from it. NLU Delhi has shared the marking scheme for the AILET 2026 exam. Each correct answer is given 1 mark, and 0.25 mark is deducted for a wrong answer. There are no deductions for unanswered questions.

In case two or more candidates score the same AILET 2026 marks, then there are conditions for a tie breaker. The candidate with more marks in the logical reasoning section will be ranked higher. If the scores are still the same, then the senior candidate will be ranked higher. The last solution to break the tie is to draw computerised lots.
