The university will shortlist candidates for the BVP CET law 2020 counselling on the basis of the entrance test. Such candidates will be informed about the schedule of the counselling of BVP CET law 2020 through the official notifications. It should be noted that the university will not send any individual counselling call letters through the post. The detailed BVP CET law counselling 2020 process is explained below.
Reporting at the counselling venue
Candidates will have to report at the counselling venue on the prescribed date and time and register themselves for the counselling process. It should be noted that the BVP CET law 2020 counselling will be held in the New Law College, Pune and Department of Law, New Delhi.
Candidates will have to submit the documents related to their educational qualification, cast certificates, photo and other documents at the BVP CET counselling venue. The document list, to be submitted during the counselling is given below.
Documents in support of the qualifying exam (mark sheet/certificate/provisional certificate)
Caste certificate (if applicable for claiming the benefits of reservation)
4 recent passport size photographs with name written on the backside.
Candidates must note that the documents should be original along with the two photocopies. The counselling authorities will return the original documents after completing the verification.
Submitting the course fee
At the end of the counselling of BVP CET law 2020, candidates will have to submit the course fee to confirm their seat and admission. The candidates will have to pay the fee in offline mode by drawing a demand draft in the name of Registrar, Bhartiya Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune.
It is mandatory for all shortlisted candidates to attend the counselling of BVP CET law 2020 ion the prescribed date and time. Candidates failing to attend the event will be disqualified for admissions.
The university will not send any individual call letters for Bhartiya vidyapeeth CET Law 2020 counselling.
During the BVP CET law 2020 counselling, candidates must submit their original documents and two copies of each document.

The candidates before proceeding for filling up the application form of BVP CET Law 2019 must check the eligibility criteria and ensure that they fulfill all the criteria set up by the university. The minimum academic qualification and percentage of marks required for the candidates to appear in the examination are as given below
The candidates must have passed 12th exam from the recognised board.
General category candidates need to score at least 45% qualifying marks whereas 40% of qualifying marks was set for SC and ST candidates.
The cutoff is the minimum qualifying marks a candidate need to score in order to get admission in LLB, BA LLB and BBA LLB programs and become eligible for the next round of selection procedure. The university will release the cutoff soon after the announcement of the BVP CET Law result. The candidates who meet the cutoff criteria will be called for further round of selection procedure.

As per the cut off for general category in bvp llb 3 year ,your mark is good but still there are less chance of getting seat in counseling session. But if you did not get seat in counseling than you can also take admission through management qouta. in this qouta the seat is paid you need to pay the amount for management seat to get 100% assure seat over there.
According to your son's marks , its difficult to get admission in BA.LLB in bhartiya vidhya peeth.
