Delhi University will release the admission schedule for admitting students into LLM and other post-graduation courses after the CUET LLM result declaration. It will also release the counselling schedule, which is conducted in multiple rounds.

DU LLM Eligibility Criteria 2026

Delhi University prescribes the eligibility criteria for DU LLM in its information bulletin. While candidates are required to have a valid CUET LLM score, they must also meet the education criteria as mentioned below.

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have obtained a 3-year or 5-year LLB degree from a recognised university or board, or else be recognised as equivalent by the University of Delhi.
• Candidates appearing in the qualifying degree examination are eligible to take DU LLM 2026. However, such candidates must produce the required documents during the admission process.

Minimum Qualifying Marks

• Candidates in the general and EWS categories must have secured at least 50% or equivalent marks in aggregate in their qualifying degree examination.
• SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates must have secured at least 45% marks in aggregate in their qualifying degree examination.

Age limit

There is no age limit for appearing in the LLM DU entrance exam 2026.

DU LLM Application Form 2026

Delhi University will close the DU LLM application form 2026 on June 9, 2026. Candidates can fill the application form and submit it through the official PG admission portal- pgadmission.uod.ac.in. Students were required to enter their personal information, educational background, communication details and other relevant information on their application form. The correction window for DU LLM 2026 application will open from June 10 - June 11, 2026. Candidates can check the detailed process below to submit the DU LLM application form 2026.

Online Registration for DU LLM 2026

• Visit the official DU admission portal - pgadmission.uod.ac.in

• Click on the ‘New Registration’ tab

• Enter the following details: CUET application number, full name, date of birth, email ID, and mobile number

• The candidate must also specify the desired password

• Complete the captcha

• Click on the register button

Application form filling

• Log in using your registered mail ID and password

• Provide your personal, academic and communication details

• Select the course as LLM

• Select the college preferences

• Upload the necessary documents such as scanned copies of photograph, signature, date of birth proof and caste certificate where applicable

• Pay the required one-time (non-refundable) CSAS PG 2026 application fee. For UR/ OBC-NCL/ EWS the fee is Rs. 250. For SC/ ST/ PwBD the fee is Rs. 100.

• Submit the application form once the payment is done, and take a printout of the form and keep it for future reference

CUET DU LLM Result 2026

NTA declared the CUET PG LLM result 2026 on April 24, 2026, at approximately 5 PM. Candidates will be able to check the DU LLM 2026 result by logging into their registered account. The result of CUET DU LLM 2026 will mention marks obtained by the candidates in CUET PG law, along with All India rank and category rank.

DU LLM Merit List 2026

Delhi University will release the merit list of DU LLM 2026 in online mode for the first round on June 15, 2026 at the CSAS portal. The merit list of DU LLM 2026 mentions the names of the shortlisted candidates who will be required to participate in the counselling. Interested candidtaes can accept the allocated seat from June 15 - June 17, 2026. Such candidates must complete the admission process by submitting the admission and course fee along with documents in support of their eligibility for the programme before June 19, 2026.

DU LLM Counselling 2026

The Faculty of Law, Delhi University, will conduct the DU LLM 2026 counselling in online mode. Only such candidates who are included in the merit list will be eligible to participate in the counselling and seat allotment. Candidates invited for the counselling of DU LLM 2026, based on the merit lists, should submit the necessary documents and pay the counselling fee to complete the admission process. DU LLM Cutoff 2026

Delhi University will release the DU LLM 2026 cutoff after each round of counselling on its official website: admission.uod.ac.in. The DU LLM first round cutoff will be released in the form of the minimum score obtained by the candidate for admission to the 2-year and 3-year LLM programmes of the university on June 15, 2026. The cutoff is the minimum score necessary for admission to different LLM courses at Delhi University. Candidates securing marks in the law entrance test within the DU LLM 2026 cut off will be eligible for admission.
