Amity University-Noida Law Admissions 2026
Among top 100 Universities Globally in the Times Higher Education (THE) Interdisciplinary Science Rankings 2026
Candidates can calculate their AIBE 21 marks from the final answer key released by the Bar Council of India on July 10. Candidates can compare their responses with the answers given in the AIBE 21 final answer key and award one mark for every correct answer. There is no negative marking in AIBE, so incorrect or unattempted questions carry zero marks. Since no questions have been withdrawn in AIBE 21, the score will be calculated out of 100 questions.
Response | Marks Awarded |
Correct Answer | +1 |
Incorrect Answer | 0 |
Unattempted Question | 0 |
Negative Marking | No |
The AIBE is a qualifying examination. There is no rank, percentile or normalisation. Only the total marks obtained determine whether a candidate qualifies for Certificate of Practice (CoP).
Candidates can calculate their expected AIBE XXI marks by following these steps:
Download the AIBE 21 final answer key for the question paper set from allindiabarexamination.com
Keep the question paper or OMR response sheet ready.
Match every response with the official final answer key.
Award one mark for every correct answer.
Do not deduct marks for incorrect or unattempted questions.
Add all correct answers to calculate the expected score.
Compare the score with the qualifying marks to estimate the AIBE result 2026.
BCI has made two changes in each AIBE 21 question paper set. For one question, the official answer has been revised. For another, the BCI has accepted an alternate correct answer. These changes can affect the candidate’s expected score if they attempted these questions. The table below mentions all set-wise changes in the AIBE 21 final answer key.
Set | Q. No. | Provisional Key | Final Key | What Changed |
A | 2 | C | C, D | Alternate answer D accepted |
A | 44 | C | B | Answer corrected to B |
B | 1 | D | C | Answer corrected to C |
B | 75 | D | C, D | Alternate answer C accepted |
C | 53 | B | C | Answer corrected to C |
C | 84 | A | A, C | Alternate answer C accepted |
D | 54 | D | C | Answer corrected to C |
D | 91 | A | A, D | Alternate answer D accepted |
These AIBE 21 final answer key revisions affect candidates in three ways:
Answer revised: In Set A (Q44), Set B (Q1), Set C (Q53) and Set D (Q54), the BCI has changed the correct answer. Only the revised answer mentioned in the final answer key will be considered for evaluation.
Alternate answer accepted: In Set A (Q2), Set B (Q75), Set C (Q84) and Set D (Q91), the BCI has accepted two correct options. Candidates who marked either of the accepted options will be awarded one mark.
No questions withdrawn: The BCI has not withdrawn any question in AIBE 21. Therefore, all 100 questions will be evaluated. The AIBE qualifying marks remain 45 marks for General/OBC candidates and 40 marks for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
