What Happens After Qualifying AIBE 21?

Candidates who qualify for the AIBE 21 examination will become eligible to obtain the Certificate of Practice issued by the Bar Council of India. The CoP is a mandatory certification for advocates enrolled with State Bar Councils and authorises them to practise law before courts, tribunals and other judicial forums across the country.

The AIBE result is not merely a qualifying scorecard; it serves as the gateway to obtaining professional practice rights under the Advocates Act. After the declaration of the AIBE 21 result 2026, successful candidates should closely follow notifications issued by the Bar Council of India and their respective State Bar Councils regarding the Certificate of Practice issuance process.
