The Delhi University 5-year LLB admission 2026 is expected to begin in April 2026 with the opening of the university's Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal. Delhi University offers 5-year integrated programs (BA LLB and BBA LLB) to students directly after their 10+2 education. Admission to these law programs is strictly based on the All India Rank (AIR) obtained in the CLAT 2026 examination, conducted on December 07, 2025.
The university started its 5-year integrated law program in the 2023-2024 academic year. These programs are housed within the Faculty of Law at Kanad Bhawan in the North Campus. For the 2026 session, the university maintains its intake of 120 students, allocating 60 seats to each honours branch. Beyond the CLAT 2026 rank, candidates must meet specific academic eligibility criteria that requires 45% marks in class 12 for the general category candidates.
candidates must fulfil the following requirements to be eligible for the 5-year integrated programs:
Candidates must have passed class 12 or an equivalent examination from a single recognised board (e.g., CBSE, ISC, or State Boards).
Minimum aggregate marks:
UR/EWS/OBC-NCL: Minimum of 45% marks in the qualifying 10+2 exam.
SC/ST/PwBD: Minimum of 40% marks in the qualifying 10+2 exam.
Candidates must have appeared for the CLAT 2026 examination. Admission to DU for 5-year integrated law courses is based solely on the All India Rank (AIR) achieved in the CLAT 2026 exam.
Students appearing for their class 12 board exams in early 2026 are eligible to apply, provided they meet the minimum percentage criteria at the time of counselling.
Age limit: Following the Supreme Court and Bar Council of India (BCI) guidelines, there is no upper age limit for applying to the 5-year integrated law courses at Delhi University.
