Hello,
You were applied for BBA and LLB course from KIIT University. That's great. And your result also good kind of. You go for counselling in this phase. Then you can wait after counselling result. In this result you will get BBA course and LLB course anyone easily. If you can't get any course in 1st counselling then go for 2nd counselling. You will definitely get the seat there.
KIIT is very good university. There are so many courses are offered and BBA is one of the finest course here. Wait for the counselling result.
All the best.
This is totally your decision. If you think you will be able to crack CLAT, you should definitely go for it and leave the seat of KIITEE. But if you are not so confident, I would say that ask for the college authorities of their refund criteria. If you later withdraw from your seat after CLAT goes well, will they refund your fees? If yes, then how much? Based on that take a decision.
Good luck!
