Amity University, Noida Law Admissions 2025
Apply700+ Campus placements at top national and global law firms, corporates, and judiciaries
The Telangana LawCET results 2025 will be announced on June 25, 2025. The scores of TS LAWCET 2025 will be accepted by over 30 law colleges in the state. Apart from these law colleges, some private law schools such as VIT Law School and BITs Law School, Mumbai, will accept the TS LAWCET 2025. Among the law colleges/universities that participate in LAWCET counselling, Osmania University, Kaktiya University, Pendekanti Law College, Post Graduate College of Law in Basheerbagh and Telangana University are the most preferred law schools. 3-year LLB admissions to these law schools are closed well below the AIR 500 rank. With TGLCET AIR rank 1000, students might get a chance to secure admission to Bhaskar Law College or Viswa Bharathi College of Law. A good score required to secure admission to these law colleges will be 70+ if we consider the previous trends.
Last year, Bhaskar Law College closed admission with a TS LAWCET 3-year LLB cutoff rank of 1086, translating into a cutoff score of 67 marks. If we put these data in perspective, a score of 67-70+ under the universal-general category should be a good score.
As we move up the rank list, colleges such as Keshav Memorial College of Law, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar College of Law in Baghlingampally Chikkadpally, and Ananntha Law College have closed admissions within AIR 500 for candidates in the universal general category. While reservation policies may allow students with lower ranks to gain admission, this assessment focuses solely on universal general category admissions. In the previous year’s merit list, a TS LAWCET AIR 500 roughly corresponded to a score of 72 marks.
Below, we have taken the top 20 law colleges to make our assessment of a good score in TS LAWCET 2025. The 3-year LLB cut-off data for these law colleges is only for universal-general category candidates. Additionally, Osmaina University (OU) category cut-offs are also given for these law colleges.

The above data shows the top 20 colleges fill their universal category seats with around the top 1000 candidates. While the most preferred law colleges, such as Osmania University and Pendakanti Law Colleges, have highly competitive cut-offs, filling seats above 80 marks, Aurora's Legal Sciences Academy, Hyderabad Viswa Bharathi College of Law, Hyderabad and Bhaskar Law College, Moinabad can offer seats at 67-70 marks.
Colleges such as Sultan Ul Uloom College of Law, Banjara Hills; Vinayaka Law College, Kondapak; Dr. VRK College of Law, Hyderabad; and Manair College of Law, Khammam fall towards the lower spectrum of student preferences. UNR-Open category admission to these law colleges can typically be secured with a TS LAWCET all-India rank ranging from 2,000 to 8,000 (approximately 62–49 marks).
