    The Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test (TS LAWCET) 2026 is the entrance exam for admission to 3-year and 5-year LLB courses across approximately 60 law colleges in Telangana. The TS LAWCET 2026 application form process began on February 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM. TS LAWCET will be conducted by Osmania University on behalf of the Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) on May 18, 2026.

    TS LAWCET Eligibility Criteria 2026

    Candidates must meet specific academic qualifications to be eligible for TS LAWCET 2026. The criteria are different for the 3-year and 5-year LLB programs:

    Applicants must have a bachelor's degree (BA, BSc, BCom, or equivalent) from a recognised university.

    The minimum marks required are 45% for the general category, 42% for OBC candidates, and 40% for SC/ST categories.

    • For a 5-year integrated LLB course:

    The minimum marks required are 45% for the general category, 42% for OBC candidates, and 40% for SC/ST categories.

    There is no upper age limit for appearing in the TS LAWCET exam.

    TS LAWCET 2026 Application Required Documents

    Candidates need the following documents and information ready before starting the application process:

    • Mark sheets and passing certificates for 10th, 12th, and bachelor's degree (if applicable for the 3-year LLB course).

    • A valid photo ID proof, such as an Aadhaar card, voter ID, or passport.

    • Valid email address and active mobile number.

    • Caste/category certificate: If applicable (for SC, ST, BC, PH candidates).

    • A recent passport-size photograph (size < 50 KB) and signature (size < 30KB).

    • Credit card, debit card, or net banking details for online fee payment.

    Steps to Fill the TS LAWCET 2026 Application Form

    Follow the steps below to register online for the TS LAWCET 2026 examination:

    • Visit the official website and pay the required application fee using a credit card, debit card, net banking, or at a TS/AP Online centre.

    • After successful payment, fill out the detailed application form with personal details, academic qualifications, and contact information
