Jindal Global Law School Admissions 2025
ApplyRanked #1 Law School in India & South Asia by QS- World University Rankings | Merit cum means scholarships | Application Deadline: 31st Jan'25
Hello there,
With a score of 67 in CLAT and being a Jammu & Kashmir (JK) resident, your chances of getting admission to Delhi University's (DU) law program depend on various factors, including the cutoffs, your category, and the specific DU campus you're targeting.
DU has its own law entrance exam, the DU LLB entrance exam, and admission is primarily through this. If you’re looking to pursue law in DU, you’ll need to appear for this exam, which is separate from the CLAT.
However, if you are seeking admission to other law schools that accept CLAT scores, your score of 67 may limit your chances for top NLUs, but you may still have opportunities in some other law colleges with slightly lower cutoffs. It's best to apply to multiple colleges that accept CLAT scores and also check DU’s own admission process, as their criteria could be different.
I would recommend you to use CLAT College Predictor Tool by Careers360 to get the list of possible colleges you can get with your rank.
I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.
Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.

Hello,
Based on your rank of 1848 in the EWS category for CLAT, your chances of getting into a National Law University (NLU) depend on several factors, including the number of seats reserved for the EWS category, the total number of applicants, and the preferences of candidates above you.
Lower-Tier NLUs
You have a chance to secure admission in newer NLUs like:
Mid-Tier NLUs
If the cutoffs drop slightly compared to the previous years or fewer EWS applicants apply for top-tier NLUs, you might have a shot at:
Top-Tier NLUs
Admission to the top NLUs (NLSIU Bangalore, NALSAR Hyderabad, WBNUJS Kolkata, NLUD Delhi, etc.) might not be possible at this rank under EWS unless there are significant shifts in cutoffs.
You can also use the CLAT college predictor tool to predict which college you can get based on your score or rank.
Hope it helps !
Hello,
Based on your CLAT 2024 All India AIR rank of 53,630 and ST rank of 1,303, the possibility of getting admission to an NLU (National Law University) depends largely on the specific NLU's cutoff trends from previous years. Here's a breakdown:
NLU Cutoffs for ST Category : While the general category cutoffs for NLUs are often very high, ST category cutoffs tend to be lower, but they vary across NLUs.
Top NLUs : Highly ranked NLUs (like NLSIU Bangalore, NLU Delhi, NALSAR Hyderabad) typically have much lower chances for an ST rank of 1,303.
Mid and Lower-Ranked NLUs : Some NLUs may have cutoffs in the range of 1,000–1,500 for the ST category. Based on previous years, you may have a chance for these colleges.
State-Specific NLUs : State-based NLUs or those with lower cutoffs might provide opportunities for your rank.
Consider Other Law Schools : Exploring private law schools or regional NLUs could be beneficial too.
You can also use the CLAT college predictor tool to predict which colleges you can get based on previous year cutoffs.

Hello,
Based on the previous years' CLAT cutoffs for RMLNLU Lucknow and considering your OBC category rank (2,284 in UP and 12,850 all-India) with UP domicile:
OBC UP Domicile Cutoff : Historically, RMLNLU has admitted OBC candidates from UP with state ranks up to approximately 2,600 in CLAT (e.g., the 2019 cutoff was 2,662 for OBC-UP).
Comparative Position : Your UP state OBC rank of 2,284 is within the likely admission range, giving you a good chance for securing a seat, especially in the later counseling rounds.
All-India OBC Rank : Your all-India OBC rank may not be as relevant due to the priority given to domicile candidates for state quota seats.
You are well-positioned for admission to RMLNLU Lucknow under the OBC-UP category, assuming similar trends in cutoff ranks for the 2024 cycle. Keep track of counseling updates for confirmation.
Hope it helps !
