RULET is the abbreviation for the Rajasthan University Law entrance test. This examination happens every year as a gateway for the students of the state of Rajasthan to enter into the prestigious Law School of Rajasthan state and a few seats are reserved for students who do not belong to Rajasthan. There are two examinations for Rajasthan University, a 5-year integrated Law course and a 3-year Law course.

An addition to this examination, students have to go through group discussions and personal interviews, and after this, the final list is produced and students can secure their admissions to various universities around the state. The exam dates are yet to be announced though, but it usually happens in June.
STUDENT, who is a resident of Rajasthan should have at least 50% in 10+2 and if belonging to reserved categories such as SC/ST/OBC, then at least 45% in 10+2 grade. If the student is not from Rajasthan, then he or she must have at least 60% in 10+2 grade.
There is no upper limit or lower limit of age for this examination. The rules will be as per the Bar Council of India.
The RULET exam consists of five sections that is English, Legal Reasoning, Current Affairs and GK, Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning. The detailed RULET syllabus is as follows

To understand the technical jargons asked in English, one must improve their vocabulary by reading newspapers and novels such as The Hindu, The Economic Times, the Indian Express et cetera.
For paraphrasing one must read the newspaper article in terms of the opinion and the explanation section and write it in its own words to retain it for a longer time, and it would make the notes for the future references as well.

If we analyse the past trends of cut-offs for RULET, then the cut-offs for different categories in 2019 were as follows:
GEN: 134
MBC: 71
OBC: 121
SC: 91
ST: 94
These are the required marks out of the total marks of 191. So, if you are scoring 172 out of 300 (around 57.3%), so you ca definitely get all the interviews if you belong to the SC, or ST categories! All the best!
