CLAT 2026 IPU BA LLB Admission 2026 Announced; Dates, Eligibility and Colleges
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has released the official admission brochure for IPU BA LLB 2026. The IPU BA LLB 2026 and other 5-year LLB admissions will be carried out through the counselling process. Candidates must have appeared for CUET BA LLB 2026 or CLAT UG 2026 for admissions to five-year integrated LLB courses at IPU University and affiliated colleges. The university will also shortly announce the IPU BA LLB 2026 admission schedule on its website. The CLAT 2026 exam has already been conducted on December 1, 2026 and the CUET BA LLB 2026 exam will be conducted from May 11 to 31, 2026. IPU BA LLB Admission Process 2026
The step-by-step admission process of IPU BA LLB 2026 has been given below:
Appear for the Entrance Examination: Candidates must note that IPU affiliated law schools will give admissions to candidates based on a centralized counselling process. To be eligible for 5-year law counselling, candidates must appear for either CLAT 2026 exam or CUET BA LLB 2026 exam. Candidates must appear for any of the two entrance exams by first registering for the exams separately.
Apply for IPU Counselling: Once the entrance exams are conducted, the university will open the application window for IPU BA LLB 2026 counselling. The registration process will require candidates to enter mandatory details and payment of application fee.
Enter your preferences for online counselling: After registering for the centralized counselling process, candidates will also be required to enter their choices of institutes in order of preference.
Round-wise result declaration: There wil be total three rounds and an additional spot round of counselling for IPU BA LLB admissions 2026. Candidates who will be allotted seats in each round will be required to pay the part academic fees, get their documents verified and complete other formalities to confirm their seat. The third round will be sliding round, where candidates allotted seats in round 1 and 2 can look for upgradation.
Reporting at the Allotted Institute: Candidates who have been allotted seats will be required to physically report to the allotted institute to verify eligibility, pay balance academic fee and complete any other formalities.
