AIL LET 2026 counselling for 5-year BA LLB and BCom LLB programmes will be conducted from July 25 to July 30, 2026, between 9:30 am and 4:15 pm. There are separate schedules for the All India General, Army, Indian Navy, and Indian Air Force categories. Eligible candidates will receive the counselling link, reporting time slot and document checklist on their registered email IDs. Candidates selected in the first round must report to the institute on August 10, 2026. If seats remain vacant after the first round, AIL will conduct a second round of counselling. The Army Institute of Law declared the AIL LET 2026 result on July 13, 2026.

Candidates shortlisted for counselling should follow the steps given below:
Check the registered email ID for the counselling invitation, reporting time and Google Meet link.
Download the counselling instructions and verify the allotted counselling date according to the merit rank and category.
Keep all original documents and photocopies ready before the counselling session.
Attend the counselling at the allotted time. Candidates should join along with one parent or guardian, if instructed by the institute.
Complete document verification and confirm the allotted seat.
Pay the admission fee within the prescribed timeline, if selected.
Report physically to the Army Institute of Law on August 10, 2026, to complete admission formalities.
Candidates should carry the following documents during counselling and admission:
AIL LET 2026 admit card
AIL LET 2026 scorecard or rank letter
Class 10 marksheet and certificate (proof of date of birth)
Class 12 marksheet and passing certificate
Character certificate
Transfer/Migration Certificate (if applicable)
Category certificate (Army, Navy, Air Force or other applicable category)
Recent passport-size photographs
Aadhaar Card or any other valid photo identity proof
Any additional documents mentioned in the counselling email or admission instructions issued by AIL.
