Banaras Hindu University (BHU) offers admission to the BA LLB programme through CUET UG Law scores. Candidates who wish to join the BHU BA LLB programme must appear for the CUET UG Law exam. The CUET BA LLB 2025 score as a part of CUET UG 2025 is considered for registration to the BA LLB programme at Banaras Hindu University. The CUET BA LLB registration begins on March 1, 2025. The deadline to fill the application form for CUET BA LLB 2025 is March 22, 2025 (up to 11.50 PM). The CUET BA LLB 2025 registration fee is Rs. 1000 for the general category, Rs. 900 for OBC/ EWS, and Rs. 800 for SC/ ST. Candidates can pay the CUET BA LLB 2025 application fees till March 23, 2025.

No, you cannot use CLAT to gain admission to Banaras Hindu University (BHU) for a B.A.LL.B. For admission to the B.A.LL.B program, BHU administers its own entrance exam, known as CUET UG (Common University Entrance Test-Undergraduate).
Therefore, you must take CUET UG rather than CLAT if you wish to enroll in BHU's B.A.LL.B program. National Law Universities (NLUs), not BHU, use CLAT for admission.

- Yes, you will be permitted to take the BHU CHS Class 11 entrance test even if your date of birth was entered wrongly and the admit card has already been released. The admit card gives you the right to take the entrance test.
- But your eligibility and all details-including date of birth-will be checked through original documents during counseling/admission. If your application details are found to differ from your original documents, you will have to give the right information at that time.
- If the window for correction remains open (March 21–27, 2025), you should attempt to correct your date of birth online prior to the exam. Otherwise, bring your original documents to the exam and be prepared to clarify and correct the error during counseling.
