AIBE 19 Question Paper Analysis: Key Takeaways

According to a thorough analysis of the question paper, the majority of the questions on the successfully completed AIBE 19 Exam 2024 were from the Constitutional Law parts. In all, 14 out of 100 questions were drawn from these sections. Then came the 12 questions on the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), also known as the code of criminal procedure. There were ten questions in both the Criminal Law (Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita) and the Law of Tort and Contract.

In addition to passage-based questions, the majority of the questions on the AIBE 19 question paper were connected to famous cases. In addition, the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and Bharatiya Ngararik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) were questioned rather than the Indian Penal Code and Code of Criminal Procedure. Additionally, some of the questions were directly derived from the Bare Acts. Compared to the other areas of the paper, the questions from the corporate law and labour law sections were a little more challenging.

Explanation: Under Section 13(1)(a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, cruelty—both physical and mental—is a valid ground for divorces. Aarti does not need to prove that the cruelty was intentional, only that it caused sufficient mental or physical distress to make cohabitation unreasonable.
