The Consortium is expected to notify the CLAT 2025 counselling schedule soon for admissions into 5-year LLB and LLM programmes of participating NLUs. The CLAT 2025 merit list will be prepared based on the revised result.
A candidate will gain a maximum of 4 marks and lose a maximum of 2.25 marks on account of the revised result. The HC has ordered revision in the answers to 4 questions. A change of 2-4 marks either way will result in a drastic shift in the candidate’s rank in the merit list.
The CLAT marks vs rank analysis shows that even a difference of 1-2 marks can cause a shift of 1000 ranks. Candidates therefore have to keep track of these changes and get a realistic assessment of their NLU chances as per their rank.
