ICAI CA Exam Form 2025: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India will release the ICAI CA Exam form for Foundation and Intermediate January 2025 on November 10, 2024. Candidates who have completed their registration within the specified deadline can fill the CA exam form 2025. The last date to fill ICAI CA exam form for Foundation and Inter Jan 2025 without late fee is November 23, 2024. Candidates can also fill the CA Foundation and Inter Jan 2025 exam form till November 26, 2024 with a late fee of Rs 600. It must be noted that only registered candidates can fill the exam forms for CA Foundation, CA Inter and CA Final. Only registered candidates will be able to fill their ICAI exam forms 2025.
The CA Final May 2025 exam forms are expected to be released in the first week of March 2025. The institute will release the CA exam dates 2025 soon through its official website. Candidates from all three CA exams - Foundation, Inter and Final must upload these documents to fill the ICAI CA exam forms 2025:

Fee payment method
Candidates can fill their CA exam forms for CA Foundation, Inter and Final through Self-Service Portal (SSP) facilitated by the ICAI. Candidates can follow the below given steps to fill the CA exam forms 2025:
Log on to the official SSP portal of ICAI - eservices.icai.org.
Candidates will then be required to login to the SSP portal through their SSP login credentials.
Candidates filling in the exam form for the first time can click on the “New Registration” button wherein they can generate their SSP login credentials.
Upon login, enter all the required academic, personal and communication details required in the relevant fields.
Furthermore, candidates will also be required to upload scanned copies of the documents mentioned above.
Candidates will also be required to pay an exam form fee in their preferred mode of online payment.
The ICAI exam form fee is different for all CA exams. The exam form fee is also different The fees for all the CA exams 2025 has been given below:

Apart from these fees, there is a provision of late fee of Rs 600 or $10 in case students meet the initial deadline.

Once the CA exam form online window is closed, ICAI will open the CA application correction window 2024. In case candidates made any mistakes while filling the exam form, they can rectify them through the CA application correction window. The CA exam form correction window 2024 will be open only for two days. Candidates can access the ICAI CA application correction window 2024 through the sSP login at eservices.icai.org.
