To seek admission in one of the three participating institutes of PU BA LLB 2019, candidates need to check the eligibility criteria of PU BA LLB 2019. As per the PU BA LLB 2019 Eligibility Criteria, a candidate needs to have passed their 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks in the qualifying examination from any recognized board/university and for the ones belonging to reserved categories, 45% is needed in the qualifying degree of 10+2 examination. Test-takers of PU BA LLB 2019 who have acquired 10+2 qualifying degree from Open Universities directly without having any basic qualification will not be considered eligible for the law examination administered by Panjab University.

Admission in Panjab University is not only done based on your marks in Class 12th boards. For admission to the BA LLB course marks for both entrance exam and 12th marks are to be considered. The final merit list had been based on the combined score. Hence your 12th marks seem decent and rest would depend on the entrance score. As the combined ranks are also out you can let me know that for a better estimate.

I think you may not if you may not get above 45% because it is important to get above this score to get a good Institute. you may get some Institute first it may be difficult and even after you may get it they are not any grantee that they give all material or platform where you may perform. But no need to worry you may get some good Institute so B+ and never given up and seek some Institute well for you.
