VITLEE 2026 Exam: Application Form (Open), Exam Date, Syllabus & Pattern

VITSOL Chennai will inform candidates about the VITLEE result 2026 on their registered email id. Shortlisted candidates with a valid non-zero score will be called for an interview/group discussion process. Candidates who have scored zero in VITLEE 2026 will not be eligible for admission.

VITSOL Chennai prescribes the VITLEE 2026 eligibility criteria in its information brochure. The VITLEE eligibility criteria 2025 includes requirements regarding educational qualification and minimum passing marks. Candidates who do not fulfil the eligibility criteria will be disqualified from the admission process.

VITLEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

VITSOL Chennai will close the VITLEE application form 2026 on April 12, 2026. Candidates can apply online from the official website. The application fee to fill the VITLEE 2025 application form is Rs 1200. The institute will conduct VITLEE 2026 on May 3, 2026. 

Steps to Complete the VITLEE 2025 Application Form

• Step 1: Visit the official website - chennai.vit.ac.in and click on new registration link
• Step 2: Verify the E-Mail address by using the OTP received from VIT
• Step 3: Once OTP is validated, a password will be sent to the registered E-Mail ID. The email ID and password should be preserved till the end of the admission process.
• Step 4: Login and fill out the application form
• Step 5: Pay the non-refundable application fee of Rs.1,200/- online using Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card or Paytm
• Step 6: Upload the prescribed documents such as age proof and 12th Marksheet (if available).
• Step 7: Submit the application form

VITLEE 2026 Application Fees

VITLEE 2026 syllabus includes five sections namely English, GK and current affairs, logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and legal reasoning. There will be 20 questions in each of the question. The questions will be multiple choice with four options. There is no negative marking in VITLEE 2026. Candidates will get two hours to attempt the exam.

VITSOL Chennai will issue the VITLEE 2026 admit card 48 hours before the commencement of the exam in online mode. Candidates must download the VITLEE admit card 2025  before the exam through their login. The institute will also send a copy of the admit on the candidate's registered email ID. The e-admit card is a mandatory document for the exam. Candidates will not be allowed to appear for the exam without the admit card. Candidates must also carry a valid ID proof along with a copy of the admit card.
