The High Court of Andhra Pradesh has started the AP judiciary registration 2026 for the position of Civil Judge (Junior Division) on October 1, 2026. Candidates are required to submit the online application form on the official website. The last date to submit the AP Judiciary Registration Form 2026 is October 26, 2026. Applications are invited for a total of 119 vacancies, wherein 96 vacancies are for direct recruitment, and 23 are under recruitment by transfer. The AP Civil Judge (Junior Division) salary is between Rs 77,840 and 1,36,520. The detailed schedule for the AP civil services exam will soon be uploaded on the official website.

The eligibility criteria differ for direct recruitment and transfer candidates. The AP judiciary eligibility criteria 2026 for direct recruitment are given below.
Law graduates who obtained their degree at least one year before the date of notification.
Good character and be free from any disqualification that makes them unfit for appointment.
Citizen of India
Maximum 35 years of age as on September 1, 2026.
Relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/BC/EWS candidates.
Relaxation of 10 years for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities.
The following candidates are not eligible to apply for the Civil Judge (Junior Division):
Candidates dismissed/removed/compulsorily retired from Judicial Service or government/statutory/local authority service are not eligible.
Candidates convicte(d of an offence involving moral turpitude are not eligible.
Candidates permanently debarred/disqualified by the High Court, UPSC or any State PSC from appearing in examinations/selections are not eligible.
Candidates who have used unfair means/misconduct in the examination, been convicted in a criminal case, or failed probation in Judicial Service/other service are not eligible.
Officers found to have doubtful integrity are not eligible.
Direct recruitment is for persons not already in the service of the Central or State Government.
The AP Judiciary application form 2026 was released on October 1, 2026. Eligible candidates are required to fill out the application form online on the official website of AP Judiciary. Candidates are required to submit personal details, documents, and application fees while filling out the AP Judiciary application form.

Candiates from the open category, EWS, BC are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 1,500. SC/ST/PwBD applicants are required to pay a fee of Rs. 750. The AP Judiciary application fee must be paid online. The fee is non-refundable, even if the application is rejected for any reason or the notification is cancelled.
