The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, publishes the MH CET Law 2026 syllabus for 3-year and 5-year LLB programmes. It is designed to assess the legal aptitude, logical and analytical reasoning, general knowledge, English language skills, and basic mathematics (for 5-year LLB only). The MH CET Law exam is an online exam that has 120 multiple-choice questions. Each question carries one mark. There is no negative marking in the MH CET Law exam 2026 for incorrect or unanswered questions. MH CET Law Syllabus 2026

The MH CET Law 2026 3-year LLB syllabus includes four sections, whereas the 5-year LLB syllabus has 5 sections. Basic Mathematics is theonly additional section tested in MH CET Law 5-year LLB exam. The detailed MH CET Law 2026 syllabus is given in the table below.

MH CET Law Paper Pattern 2026

The MH CET Law 2026 is an MCQ exam that is conducted online. Candidates get 2 hours to complete 120 questions. They get 1 mark for correct answers. It is advisable to attempt as many questions as possible, as there is no negative marking in the MHCET Law exam 2026. Candidates can take the exam in English or Marathi. Last year, CET Cell revised the MH CET Law 2026 exam syllabus.
