MH CET Law Participating Institutes 2019 - Directorate of Higher Education Maharashtra announced the list of MH CET Law 2019 Participating Institutes along with the official notification. Candidates would be able to check the list of the participating institutes of MH CET Law 2019 in online mode. Candidates should note that the MH CET Law Participating Institutes 2019 for both the five-year integrated and three year law programmes are same but the number of seats offered and the number of colleges may vary for both the undergraduate law programmes. The participating institutes of MH CET Law 2019 are the ones which accept the scores obtained by the candidates in the MH CET Law examination. For candidates appearing in MH CET Law 2019 for admissions into the five-year integrated law programme, there will be 153 colleges and 10060 seats offered and the candidates appearing in the state level law entrance examination to seek admission into the three year law programme, 218 colleges and 15040 seats will be offered. It should be noted that the conducting body reserves the right to add or deduct some of the colleges and seats from the list of the participating institutes as and when it wants. MH CET Law Participating Institutes 2019 - Selection procedure 

After the conduct of MH CET Law 2019 entrance examination, DHE Maharashtra will announce the results for both the undergraduate law programmes. However, different participating institutes will release their own cutoff in order to offer admission into the three year and five-year integrated law programme. As a part of the selection procedure, counselling will take place for the shortlisted candidates.

  • DHE Maharashtra will release the list of MH CET Law 2019 Participating Institutes for the law aspirants. 

  • Candidates will get to check the list of participating institutes of MH CET Law 2019 in online mode. 

  • The participating institutes for both the undergraduate law programmes are the same. However, the seats and number of colleges will vary. 

  • MH CET Law Participating Institutes 2019 will accept the scores obtained by the candidates in the state level law examination.

Hi aspirant,
The rank cutoff for MHCET exam for 5 year course at ILS Law college is 58 for OBC category. And closing rank in previousbyear was around 1414,so if your rank is above this in rank list that college will give out you may secure a seat in this college.

I cleared MHCet Law 3 years in 2017 and I took admission in provided college but as Im working in Indian Army and posted in assam, I didnt appear for exam, my admission got cancelled due to failure, so can I again appear for MHCet law and continue my LLB studies.

Dear aspirant

Yes you can again give the exam and start your law studies. You have to start it from the starting, you will not get any privelage of being the student of the same course. It's okay.

To make a way out of the ongoing competition and secure a good rank, an effective MH CET law 2020 preparation strategy is unavoidable for candidates.

Here are the tips for strategic preparation for mhcet -

You should be well aware of exam pattern and syllabus for an effective preparation.

The entrance exam consists of 150 MCQs. And 120 minutes is given for the exam. 1 mark is awarded for correct answer and there is no negative marking.

The syllabus contains subjects like law, General knowledge and current affairs, reasoning and English.

You can refer the following books -

Legal aptitude and legal reasoning -Indian Polity by Laxamikant

General knowledge with current affairs -Ncert books of History, Geography and Economics, newspaper

Logical and analytical reasoning - verbal and Non-verbal Ability by TMH PUB. (Arun Sharma)

English - word Power Made Easy by Norman Lewis and any grammar book upto class 12th level

Read Daily current affairs

Always follow your daily routine and give 5 hours to self study.

Solve previous year question papers.

Arihant gk book is best book forpreparation of  mh cet law so go through that book . in additionto this you can  also read pearson manual for gk preparation. This book is also good.
