The State CET Cell will adopt a tie breaking methodology to decide ranks in case two or more candidates will have same normalized CET score. The candidates will be given preference in the merit list keeping in mind the below given factors.
Candidates with higher marks in their class 12 will be given preference.
Candidates’ marks in the First Language Examination (Marathi Board) will be given preference over other board students.
Marks of the best five subjects will be considered for students who have completed their class 12 from CBSE/ICSE board.
Candidates with higher marks in their graduation will be given higher ranks.
Candidates’ marks in their higher senior secondary will also be given preference in the tie-breaking procedure.
The MH CET LLB 2024 counselling is being held in online mode. The MH CET Law counselling is done through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP). The MH CET Law CAP 2024 is being conducted in three rounds. Candidates are required to first complete the counselling registration to participate in the CAP process. The CAP counselling is being done separately for 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB.

Mumbai University has opened its application forms, under the Department of Law, for the two-year LLM program. The portable was made accessible for the applicants from the 3rd of August, 2024, and will be open till the 12th of August, 11:55 pm.
The applicants can fill out the form via their online portable, which is linked below for your convenience. The exam conducted by the Mumbai University for their LLM program is called the LLM CET exam, which will most probably be conducted by the end week of August 2024.
There will be around 50 multiple-choice questions from different areas of law such as constitutional law, family law, administrative law, human law, etc. The exact date of the exam will be conveyed to you either by email or via their website.
