What is a good score in MH CET Law 2025? - The State CET Cell Maharashtra will declare the MH CET 3-year LLB results on June 17, 2025 on its official website. A good score in MH CET Law 2025 can help candidates get into top law colleges in MH CET Law 2025 such as GLC Mumbai and ILS Law College. From MH CET law 2025 onwards, the CET Cell Maharashtra has reduced the number of questions to 120 from 150 earlier, in both 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB. Therefore, a good score in MH CET Law 2025 will change in the revised MH CET law exam pattern 2025. Earlier, the MH CET 5-year LLB result was declared on June 4, 2025. In this article, candidates can check what the expected good score is in the MH CET Law 2025 results, including expected cut-offs and more.
The MHT CET Law 2025 scorecard can be downloaded and printed out again from the official website.
There are over 16,000 seats in 3-year LLB and around 11,000 seats in 5-year LLB on offer in the MH CET LLB CAP rounds. The MH CET Law cut-offs and a good score in LLB CET will be determined by several factors such as seat availability, difficulty level of the exam, reservation policy, and college preferences of the candidates. Candidates appearing in the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Law, should aim to secure admission into top law schools in Maharashtra, such as Government Law School, Mumbai, ILS Law College Pune, and other such law colleges. Also, the LLB CET percentile to marks conversion depends on the overall performance of candidates, with higher percentiles indicating better scores.
In the previous session, a good score in LLB CET was around 99+ marks (out of 150) for general category candidates. It translates to a score of 66% marks. In the revised pattern, the total marks in the MH CET law 2025 question have been reduced to 120. The revised exam pattern provides more time for candidates and solve a lesser number of questions. This in turn is expected to make the exam more student-friendly and lead to higher cut-offs as observed in the Common Law Admission Test when its exam pattern was revised similarly from 150 to 120. In terms of a good percentage score in MH CET law 2025, the percentage is expected to be higher than 66% percentage of marks and be close to around 80%.
