एआईबीई 20 रिजल्ट रिचेकिंग 2025 : बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया ने एआईबीई 20 इनरोलमेंट सर्टिफिकेट और रिजल्ट की रिचेकिंग के संबंध में एक महत्वपूर्ण अधिसूचना जारी की है। अधिसूचना के अनुसार, जिन उम्मीदवारों के रिजल्ट की स्थिति 'रोकी गई' या विदहेल्ड दिखा रही है और जिन्होंने वचनबद्धता श्रेणी के तहत एआईबीई 21 रिजल्ट योग्यता प्राप्त की है, उन्हें निर्धारित तिथि के भीतर अपना नामांकन प्रमाण पत्र अपने खाते में अपलोड करना होगा। बीसीआई जल्द ही तिथियों की घोषणा करेगा और नामांकन प्रमाण पत्र अपलोड करने के लिए पोर्टल अगले सप्ताह सक्रिय हो जाएगा।

दूसरी ओर, जिन उम्मीदवारों को लगता है कि 7 जनवरी, 2026 को जारी एआईबीई 20 के रिजल्ट के मूल्यांकन में कोई त्रुटि है, वे अपने रिजल्ट की पुनर्जांच का विकल्प चुन सकते हैं। एआईबीई 20 के रिजल्ट की पुनर्जांच के लिए आवेदन रिचेकिंग पोर्टल के माध्यम से किया जा सकता है। एआईबीई 2025 के रिजल्ट की रिचेकिंग के लिए पोर्टल 14 जनवरी, 2026 को खुल गया। एआईबीई 2025 के रिजल्ट की रिचेकिंग के लिए आवेदन करने की अंतिम तिथि 23 जनवरी, 2026 है। ओएमआर शीट की पुनर्जांच के बाद, अद्यतन एआईबीई XX रिजल्ट उम्मीदवारों को उनके ईमेल के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाएगा। रिजल्ट की पुनर्जांच के लिए आवेदन केवल ऑनलाइन ही जमा किया जा सकता है और पुनर्जांच शुल्क वापस नहीं होगा।

एआईबीई 20 रिजल्ट 2025: ओएमआर शीट की पुनः जांच
बीसीआई ने 14 जनवरी, 2026 को एआईबीई 2026 रिजल्ट पुनर्जांच के लिए आवेदन प्रक्रिया शुरू की है। जो उम्मीदवार अपने रिजल्ट की पुनर्जांच करवाना चाहते हैं, वे आधिकारिक वेबसाइट से ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं। ऐसे उम्मीदवारों को पुनर्जांच शुल्क के रूप में 500 रुपये का भुगतान करना होगा।

एआईबीई 20 सर्टिफिकेट ऑफ प्रैक्टिस रिलीज की तारीख
जो उम्मीदवार एआईबीई 2025 परीक्षा में अर्हता प्राप्त कर चुके हैं, उन्हें एआईबीई 20 अभ्यास प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त होगा। यह प्रमाणपत्र संभवतः मार्च 2026 में जारी किया जाएगा। बीसीआई केवल योग्य उम्मीदवारों को ही एआईबीई अभ्यास प्रमाणपत्र (CoP) जारी करेगा। उम्मीदवार अपने संबंधित राज्य बार काउंसिल से अभ्यास प्रमाणपत्र की भौतिक प्रतियां प्राप्त कर सकते हैं, जिनमें वे पंजीकृत हैं।
