The Bar Council of India has notified the AIBE next exam date on September 3, 2024. The AIBE 19 exam date has been announced on the official website - allindiabarexamination.com through the AIBE 19 notification. The next AIBE exam date is on November 24, 2024. After announcing the next AIBE exam date, BCI has also opened the AIBE 19 application form. Candidates can apply online from the official website between September 3 to October 25, 2024. Read ahead to know the important dates for the next AIBE exam, and the dates of previous AIBE sessions.
The AIBE exam date usually comes once a year. However, on some occasions, the AIBE exam has also been conducted two times a year. The Bar Council of India will conduct the AIBE 19 in offline mode at test centres across the country. Candidates who clear the All India Bar Examination will be awarded a Certificate of Practice (CoP). Such candidates will be able to practise law in India. All candidates who have obtained their law degree from 2009-10 onwards are required to appear in the AIBE to become an advocate and defend clients in court.

The AIBE 19 application form 2024-25 has been opened on September 3, 2024. The AIBE 19 registration dates have been notified in the AIBE 19 notification. Candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria will be able to apply online from BCI’s official website till October 25, 2024. The application process is given below.

BCI prescribes the AIBE eligibility criteria on its official website. Candidates who have completed their 3-year LLB or 5-year LLB are eligible to appear in the exam. There is no age limit or minimum passing marks required in the LLB degree to appear for AIBE. It must also be noted that AIBE is a post enrolment exam. So, candidates aspiring to appear for AIBE must enrol with a State Bar Council before submitting the AIBE application form. Candidates who clear the AIBE cut off and qualify in the exam, will be able to collect their Certificate of Practice from the State Bar Council in which they enrolled.

The BPP is typically required for those who do not have a formal educational qualification equivalent to 10+2.it has nothing to do with aibe exam because it conducted to assess basic level knowledge of law degree student and lay down minimum benchmark for entering into practice of law in addition to assessing candidate's analytical skills.
To take AIBE EXAM you need to do bachelor's degree in law either of five or three years course from a recognised university.if you done your graduation you can take admission in three years law course through direct entry or by giving law entrance exam like CLAT CUET ailet etc.
