CLAT Admit Card Date:22 Nov' 25 - 07 Dec' 25
CLAT 2026 is scheduled on December 7, 2025 from 2 PM to 4 PM. EWS category students will get an extra 40 minutes, meaning the exam will end at 4:40 PM for them. The CLAT 2026 reporting time is at least one hour before the exam starts. Candidates can enter the exam centre at 1 PM, and they must be seated by 1:30 PM. They will not be permitted to enter the exam hall or centre after 2:15 PM. This article details the CLAT exam bell timings, guidelines and other details.

Candidates can find detailed instructions on their CLAT admit card for the respective exams. They need to follow these guidelines to avoid getting disqualified.
Students must arrive at the exam centre at least an hour before the exam starts. No one will be allowed to enter the exam hall 15 minutes after the exam has begun.
It is important to bring the admit card with a valid ID proof to the exam centre.
Candidates can only leave the examination hall once they have finished their exam.
Taking the CLAT exam under someone else’s name is a serious offence.
Candidates must ensure that they do not bring any prohibited items into the exam hall.
If they witness any unfair practices, they should report them to the invigilator right away.
Candidates must adhere to the CLAT exam dress code.

Food items are not allowed unless for medical reasons

There is a formal dress code for the CLAT 2026 exam. The acceptable dress code is given below.
Candidates must wear simple, light-coloured clothes.
They should wear half-sleeved shirts without slogans, big buttons or badges.
Candidates must avoid wearing shoes and instead wear sandals or slippers.
Avoid carrying bags, pouches or wallets in the exam hall.
Candidates should not wear accessories such as nose rings, chains, badges, belts, sunglasses, etc.

NEET ( National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) is a national level examination for admission in undergraduate medical courses. It is also conducted by NTA but in offline mode as in pen and paper test. In CLAT , the 9-digit admit card number is not the same as the roll number you have to write on the OMR sheet. The OMR sheet has only 7 blocks because the CLAT roll number is shorter.
You should check your admit card again and look for the roll number printed near your name and exam details. Fill only that roll number in the OMR sheet. Do not write the 9-digit admit card number.
If you still cannot find the roll number, you can ask the exam invigilator on the exam day.
