The State CET Cell, Maharashtra, has released the CAP dates for 3 and 5-year LLB programs. While the registrations for the 3-year LLB CAP closed on July 13, the 5-year LLB counselling registrations are open till July 17. This will be followed by e-scrutiny of uploaded documents and filled-in application forms by the e-verification Team of Maharashtra CET Cell.
The alphabetical list for the 3-year LLB will be released on July 17, while the 5-year LLB list will be published on July 21. The final merit lists for 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB will be published on July 24 and July 28, respectively. This year, 53,932 students registered for MH CET 3-year LLB CAP. Of these, 48,180 have locked their applications, while 39,874 applications have been verified for participation in counselling. The scores of MHCET 3-year LLB will be accepted by over 200 law colleges across Maharashtra.
For the MH Cet 5-year LLB program, the CET Cell portal shows, as of July 14, 20,016 registrations. Of these, 17,397 applications have been locked, while 15260 have been verified by the CET Cell. These numbers are expected to increase as the closing window approaches.

The current schedule does not provide dates for allotments, second, third and institutional rounds of counselling. The centralised counselling of MH CET Law 2026 is expected to run till September.

Use the old income certificate only if the form allows provisional entry.
