    The State CET Cell, Maharashtra, has published the MH CET 3-year LLB 2026 seat allotment results for round 1 on August 19, 2026. Candidates can check their seat allotment results on the official CAP website of 3-year LLB. Along with the results, the MH CET 3-year LLB 2026 cutoff for all colleges and categories has also been released. As has been the trend in the last many years, GLC leads the MH CET 3-year LLB cutoff list, closing in at 99.71 percentile for MH OPEN General category. Followed by ILS Pune, whose 3-year LLB cutoff for round 1 for MH OPEN General category closed at 99.25 percentile.     MH CET 3-year LLB 2026 Seat Allotment Options

    Candidates who will be allotted seats in round 1 of MH CET 3-year LLB 2026 CAP will have two options:

    Freeze: Candidates who have been allotted seats of their first preference or are satisfied with the seat they got allotted, they can exercise the “Freeze” option. This option freezes the seats of candidates, and they can complete the further formalities of admission like payment of fee.

    Betterment: Candidates who have been allotted seats but want to be considered for higher preference can choose the “Betterment” option. This way, candidates can reserve the allotted seat for the time being and also be considered for higher preferences.

    Factors that decide MH CET 3-year LLB 2026 Round 1 Cutoffs

    • Total number of candidates who appeared for the exam

    • Number of seats available in participating colleges

    • Difficulty level of the MH CET 3-year LLB exam

    • College and course preferences filled by candidates during CAP choice filling

    • Total number of participating institutes

    • Category-wise reservation and seat distribution

    • MS (Maharashtra State) vs OMS (Outside Maharashtra State) quota

    • Previous year cutoff trends and seat matrix changes

    • Overall performance of candidates (average scores/percentiles)

    • Number of candidates participating in CAP rounds and seat acceptance patterns

    The old income certificate is usually not accepted.
    For CET LLB under OBC, a current year income certificate is required.

    What you should do now:

    • Use the old income certificate only if the form allows provisional entry.
