The State CET Cell, Maharashtra has released the MH CET 5-year LLB 2026 vacant seats for Round 3 CAP on September 3, 2026. Candidates can submit the MH CET 5-year LLB 2026 Round 3 web options based on the vacant seats. Candidates will be allotted a seat in MH CET 5-year LLB 2026 Round 3 based on the vacant seats, percentile, and preference list. There are no vacant seats in GLC Mumbai; government-aided 5-year LLB programs. ILS Pune still has 97 seats for the 5-year BA LLB programs and 18 seats for the BBA LLB program. The number of vacant seats keeps changing based on admissions and cancellations from MH CET 5-year LLB 2026 Round 1 and 2 seat allotment.

The CET Cell will release the MH CET 5-year LLB 2026 Round 3 seat allotment on September 18, 2026. Candidates will be able to exercise only the freeze option in the final seat allotment. Allotted candidates must pay the seat acceptance fee of Rs 1,000. Those who opted for betterment in previous rounds must not pay the seat acceptance fee. Allotted candidates must report to the colleges for document verification from September 19, 2026, till September 23, 2026.
Candidates who will not be allotted any college in the centralised counselling can participate in the institute-level counselling. In case any vacant seats are left after the CAP, law colleges conduct institute-level counselling individually to fill up the vacant seats.
