The State CET Cell is conducting the final round of MH CET Law 2026 CAP. The authorities have opened the MH CET 5-year LLB 2026 choice filling for Round 3 CAP on September 3, 2026. The last date to submit the preference list is September 5, 2026. The MH CET 3-year LLB 2026 Round 3 web options will open on September 4, 2026.
The CET Cell opened the CAP registrations again for unregistered candidates for the final round. The MH CET Law 2026 CAP registration deadline is September 5, 2026. New registrations, existing candidates who have not been allotted a college in previous rounds, and those who opted for betterment must submit the choice filling for the final round. The CET Cell will allot seats to the candidates based on their percentile, preference list, category, and vacant seats after Round 2 allotment. Candidates will only be able to exercise the Freeze option in the MH CET Law 2026 final round CAP.

All candidates who have not yet been admitted to a participating law college are required to fill out the MH CET Law 2026 Round 3 choice filling. Candidates who have participated in MH CET Law 2026 CAP Round 1 and 2, opted for betterment, and paid the seat acceptance fee of Rs 1,000 are eligible to submit the choice filling. Those who have exercised the freeze option in Rounds 1 and 2 and have completed the admission process are not eligible to submit the web options for the final round.
Eligible candidates must submit the MH CET Law 2026 Round 3 web options carefully, as it is the final round of centralised counselling for the academic year 2026-27. They must prepare a list of preferred law colleges in Maharashtra, considering the vacant seats, approved intake, category-wise seats, and other details.
The MH CET Law 2026 Round 3 seat allotment process will be done based on the preferences submitted during the web options. Candidates who will be allotted a seat during the final round of MH CET Law 2026 seat allotment can not exercise the betterment option. They must accept the allotted seat by paying the seat acceptance fee of Rs 1,000. Candidates who opted for betterment in previous rounds and received a higher preferred law college in MH CET Law 2026 Round 3 are not required to pay the seat acceptance fee. They must report to the allotted college before the deadline for document verification.
Admitted candidates wishing to participate in the MH CET Law 2026 Round 3 counselling must first cancel their confirmed admission. Candidates who were allotted a seat in either Round 1 or 2, completed the admission formalities, and were confirmed by the law college for admission can cancel their confirmed admission by following the steps below.

Visit the concerned law college to complete cancellation formalities
Colleges will provide the admission cancellation receipt on the candidate’s login portal
Admissions are considered cancelled only after the colleges provide the receipt for cancellation. Candidates can then submit the MH CET Law 2026 round 3 web options and participate in the final round.
