National Law University Delhi has issued a notification regarding the withdrawal of AILET 2025 admission on May 28, 2025, on its official website - nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. Candidates who have secured provisional admission into BA LLB (Hons.) and LLM programmes can now opt to withdraw their admission. NLU Delhi has already conducted two rounds of AILET 2025 counselling for its 5-year LLB and three rounds of counselling for LLM. In this article, get all the details about the withdrawal process, steps to withdraw, and important instructions for candidates.
NLU Delhi had conducted the All India Law Entrance Test on December 8. The AILET PG exam for admission into the LLM programme was also conducted on the same day.
The option to withdraw their admission is available to all provisionally admitted candidates. Given below are the steps to exercise that option -
Visit the official website - nationallawuniversitydelhi.in
Log in to the AILET account by entering the registered email ID and password
Select the exit option and submit the request to withdraw the admission
Candidates who intend to withdraw their admission must be aware of the following important points.
The option to withdraw has to be exercised through one’s AILET 2025 account
Once a candidate opts for withdrawal, they will not be considered for further admission.
The seat left vacant after the withdrawal will be offered to the next eligible candidate from the AILET 2025 merit list.
The refund of the fee will be made to the same bank account from which the fee was paid.

NLU Delhi has not mentioned any deadline to withdraw from the admission process. However, interested candidates must do so as early as possible to avoid any last-minute hiccups.

With your score of 110, the chance for AILET is high for the SC category because approximately the expected cut-offs are often 48 to above 55. If you do not recive an invitation try to check the NLU Delhi portal for your rank and email.
