AILET 2027 Exam Pattern: GK and Current Affairs Weightage

There are a total of 30 questions in the AILET GK current affairs questions in the AILET 2027 exam. According to analysis of previous years’ papers, it is evident that more emphasis is laid on current affairs as compared to static GK. Normally, out of the total 30 questions, 15 to 20 questions are asked from Current Affairs, while 10 to 15 questions are asked from Static GK. But this ratio changes each year, as per the paper pattern of that year.

Questions from Current Affairs are based on events that have taken place in the country/ world in the past 8 to 12 months. These can be on various topics like government schemes, international relations, awards, sports, law, appointments, events, etc. Whereas Static GK covers History, Geography, Indian Polity, Science, Economics, Books and Authors, Important Days, and International Organizations.

Thus, as the weightage of Current Affairs is more, it becomes necessary for the aspirants to follow the news regularly and revise the current affairs every month. They must not forget the preparation of Static GK as well. It would be better for candidates to prepare themselves for both portions of the AILET 2027 GK preparation.

For the past few years, AILET 2027 Current Affairs have been the most important component of the General Knowledge & Current Affairs section in AILET. Hence, the majority of questions are framed from Current Affairs as compared to Static GK.

Since the weightage of this section is 30 marks, keeping oneself updated with recent events will immensely benefit you in AILET 2027 GK preparation.

Important Static GK Topics for AILET 2027

Despite the weightage of Current Affairs being higher than Static GK in AILET, Static GK is just as crucial and must not be ignored. Each year, there is a significant number of questions asked in static subjects, and these may contribute to increasing one’s score.
