The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has released the TS LAWCET and TS PGLCET 2026 final phase counselling schedule. The final phase is the last round of TS LAWCET counselling 2026 for admission to 3-year and 5-year LLB and LLM courses. The registration, certificate verification and fee payment will be held from September 15 to 17, 2026. Candidates who were allotted a seat in phase 2 but did not report or cancelled their admission cannot participate in this phase. Those who completed certificate verification in phase 1 or 2 can directly exercise fresh web options.

Candidates can follow these steps to register for the TS LAWCET 2026 and PGLCET final phase counselling:
Visit the TS LAWCET/PGLCET counselling website (lawcetadm.tgche.ac.in) and register online.
Pay the processing fee (non-refundable) of Rs 800. SC/ST candidates have to pay Rs 500.
Upload scanned copies of the certificates required for online verification.
Check the verified candidate list on September 18 and report any errors, if found.
Exercise fresh web options by selecting and prioritising participating colleges in TS LAWCET and courses from September 19 to 21.
Edit the web options on September 21, if required.
Check the TS LAWCET/PGLCET 2026 final phase seat allotment result on September 25.
Report to the allotted college with the original certificates and fee receipt by September 29.

Candidates registering for the final phase must upload the following documents:

SSC marks memo
Intermediate marks memo
Degree consolidated marks memo (3-year LLB)
Intermediate marks memo (5-year LLB)
Degree provisional/original certificate (3-year LLB)
LLB degree certificate and consolidated marks memo (LLM)
LLB marks memos of all years/semesters (LLM)
Migration certificate, if applicable
Study certificates from Class 1 onwards
Residence certificate, wherever applicable
Community certificate for BC/SC/ST candidates
EWS certificate, if applicable
Latest parental income certificate, if applicable
Transfer certificate
Minority certificate/TC, where applicable
Aadhaar card or other valid identity proof
Affidavit for candidates who completed Intermediate or degree through distance, correspondence or open mode, wherever applicable
The TS LAWCET and TS PGLCET 2026 final phase counselling is open to:
Candidates who did not participate in phase 1 or phase 2 of TS LAWCET counselling 2026 or TS PGLCET counselling.
Candidates who participated in earlier phases but did not get a seat.
Candidates who got a seat in phase 1 or 2, reported to the allotted college and want to move to another college.

Candidates who were allotted a seat in the second phase but did not report to the allotted college cannot participate in this final phase of counselling. Candidates who cancelled their admission in an earlier phase are also not eligible to exercise final phase web options.
