The Bar Council of India has clearly specified the passing marks for clearing the AIBE exam. General and OBC category candidates need to secure minimum 45% to be eligible for the AIBE Certificate of Practice. Meanwhile, SC/ST/PwD category candidates must secure minimum 40% to be deemed passed in the AIBE exam.
