BCI has specified the AIBE 21 passing marks and qualifying percentage. AIBE 21 qualifying percentage is 45% for general and OBC candidates and 40% for SC and ST candidates. To get the Certificate of Practice (CoP), general and OBC candidates require a minimum of 45 marks out of 100, and SC, ST and PwD candidates require 40 marks out of 100. If any question is withdrawn in the AIBE 21 final answer key, the passing marks will change; however, the qualifying percentage will remain the same.
For example, five questions were withdrawn from the AIBE 20 exam. This resulted in changing the total marks to 95 from 100. Now, 45% of 95 questions is 42.75 marks.
Category | Qualifying Percentage | Passing Marks (Out of 100) |
General / OBC | 45% | 45 Marks |
SC / ST / Persons with Disability | 40% | 40 Marks |
